You will be asked to lay down on the yoga mat, close your eyes, relax and surrender to the experience. The music will be played for an hour and during this time you will be receiving the energy transmission.
The feelings and the sensations during the session will greatly vary from person to person, based on their readiness, experience and openness to receive. This pure loving energy will meet you exactly where you are at, and just like a loving mother will take care of everything that doesn’t serve you any longer.
To optimize your experience, we recommend:
Dietary Preparation: Avoid heavy meals 2-3 hours before the class, or consider fasting for the day.
Substance Avoidance: Refrain from coffee before the class and abstain from alcohol and plant medicine consumption for 2-3 days prior to the class.
Media Mindfulness: Limit exposure to upsetting news or media to maintain a neutral state of consciousness.
By following these guidelines, you create an ideal environment for a profound and transformative Kundalini Activation experience.
